Complaint Review: Wendy's Restaraunt

This report is on the Wendy's In Country Club Hills,IL. We have had quite a few problems with this Wendy's. We only kept going there because it is right around the corner. I can only remember **1** time when the Order had ever been right. That is not the problem, however. The LAST time I would ever visit this Disgusting Place, I was in the Drive-Up window. The Girl who was serving up the food was talking to a friend at the counter, while sloppily eating her Cheese Fries & then Sucking the cheese off her fingers. Just as I pointed this out to the person I was with, she proceeded to put together one of our Sandwiches!!! Without Washing her Hands!!!! Of course, as the other girl asked for my money, I asked to speak the Manager. Shes says that there was no Manager on Duty. SHOULDN'T THERE ALWAYS BE A MANAGER ON DUTY AT A RESTERAUNT??? But thats an entirely different complaint!!! So I told her to get the girl who made the Sandwich. She came over & I asked her If she always Slurps on her fingers when she makes a Customers Food. Her Comment..."Oops..." with a snotty little neck movement. Needless to say, I just drove off without the food. Maybe she could just slurp on that sandwich as she makes someone elses Meal....
