Wendy's Herbs and Botanicals Amazon.com Customer service was rude and no help at all, took 4 days to ship, estimated delivery date was yesterday and my order still has not arrived and there is no tracking information, not to mention I payed Internet

I ordered 1 lb. of damiana leaf last Saturday and payed about $22.00 extra for 1-3 day expedited shipping. They didn't ship my order til Tuesday supposedly and the latest estimated delivery date was 9/23/11. It is now Saturday 9/24/11 and my order is still not here. The worst part about this company is their customer service. They have been nothing but rude and they were literally getting smart with me saying "It was our pleasure to ship your order faster than the indicated shipping date" which was far from the truth and an attempt to make a mockery of me. Do not put yourself through the headache of "trying" to purchase anything from this company, it will turn out to be a terrible online buying experience for you.

The company refunded me the money and fixed the problem, just waiting on the package to arrive
