You go to this location and they cannot find their backsides with both hands and a roadmap. Whoever is "managing" this location should be fired and replaced with someone competent. The line inside takes forever and recently went there for two Coffee Frosty shakes and they were almost liquid which is not the way they are supposed to be.

I was on line here in the past and it was 8:30 p.m. on a Tuesday night and it was taking more than 20 minute to get two sandwiches. I was so disgusted that I demanded my money back and left.

I have reported this location to corporate through there website on numerous occasions and they fail to respond to me. This location should be closed as far as I can tell. It's the worst Wendy's I have ever been to.

Don't live near this location any longer.  The Wendy's in PA near me is wonderful.  What a difference.

If the service is constantly so bad why do you keep going back?

Honestly if you keep complaining, but going back they figure that you are just one of those people who like to complain when there is really nothing wrong. I am not saying that you are one, but at the least this is the impression you are giving. So there is no incentive for them to change.
