Complaint Review: Wenshanli

Wenshanli Auto Wholesalers DBQ Does not reply to customer service emails. Over charges credit card and sends incorrect, inferior product. Internet

This company uses the site www.autowholesalersdbq.com to advertise Ted Baker and other designer dresses for sale.  The site does not indicate where the company is based.  After ordering the dresss I was not sent any confirmation email so I enquired through the 'Contact Us' section of their website several times and was never answered.  

Several weeks later, a dress arrived in the mail from 'Wenshanli,#2, Building 11, No.2 Street, Station Southern Rd WuHaiShi, Neimenggu, China. which contained a dress that DID NOT REMOTELY match the description of the dress I ordered.  I now have a piece of junk which I will never wear, that cost me $187.
