I ordered an action figure on 2/28/07 and still have not received the item. They have three e-mail addresses and two phone numbers, I suppose as an attempt to confuse the people they steal from.

"The most important thing to us is you the customer because without you there would not be a Wentworth Collection or Wentworth Collectibles and Hobbies in Milford, CT. We want you to be happy with every aspect of your experience and we understand there are sometimes that you are not COMPLETELY SATISFIED with your purchase. That is why we have instilled a seven day return policy. No questions asked. Just as long as the box or package is unopened. It it is broken on delievery, we will take care of it. That is the reason we use FedEx, they look at customer service as we do. Because customers matter most."

What a load of crap. Not completely satisfied? I'm not remotely satisfied. These people are liars and thieves, do not do business with them.

Wentworth finally issued a money order for the full amount after I threatened legal action for the 7th time. Money order received in March 2008.

Still no action from Wentworth Collectibles

They said that they have shipped the item, then they said it was lost in their warehouse and they would ship it again. Then they said it shipped, then they said they stopped shipment and gave me a refund. I have received no order or refund for my $28.49 and now they won't return calls or e-mails.
