Wepay is a payment processors for a variety of websites such as custommade.com that force you to use their payment processing services. They have draconian fraud prevention polisiec aqnd iwll withhold your money for whatever reason they see fit, which is bad enough. But the really band part is that when you issue a partial refund, they don't refund the fees collected on the refund. They claim that they are not refunded by visa or mastercard, but that is a flat out lie. Both merchant services companies I have used for my business in the past refund fees on partial refunds and so does paypal.

AVOID WEPAY AT ALL COSTS.

Tyg,

The logic of my argument is implied, but you must not be intelligent enough to see it, which is that it is unlawful to keep fees on money that was refunded. It has nothing to do with contracts, assumptions, old information, or self entitlement. Just plain common sense, which you obvioulsy lack.

Oh yeah...and I still use a legit merchant services company and they refund my fees on partial refunds. I only use wepay when I am forced to.

Thanks for trolling though and I am glad you have so much free time on your hands. You might do better to use it more wisely.

How can YOU make an assumption that YOU know what the contract terms are for THEM?? YOU may have used merchant services in the PAST, but YOU were NOT there when they negotiated their service contract. So YOUR claim that YOU know better because of YOUR past experience holds ZERO weight!!! They may NOT get the fees back per their contract with their merchant services. THEY would know better then YOU since THEY are the ones who have to live by said contract. It ALWAYS surprises me when I see this level of self entitlement. One would think that COMMON SENSE and LOGIC would creep into your argument at some point but Im not seeing it. YOU are making assumptions. When YOU ASSUME you do so at your own risk. YOU have assumed that YOUR past experiences are relevant to this situation. But its NOT!!! Maybe accept the FACT that you REALLY don't know what you are talking about and THEY DO!! No shame in admitting that YOU are working with OLD information. The shame is when YOU push YOUR old information on THEM trying to get your way.
