I have been corrosponding with Wepay for retrival of monies owed to me due to a GoFundme account and it seems like thiey are giving me a hard time collecting my money. When you call the customer service number you never talk to a live person and their respond time to the emails you reply to are a day later. Its been well over 2 weeks of corrosponding with them throug emails and to no avail the problem still persists. This finanacial institution needs to be set up much better because a computerized prompt system does not always have the answers to your questions. My next step is the Better Business Bureau to investigate.
