Complaint Review: Wepcapades And Eroticy.com

I as well fell victim to the con of Eroticy.com and Webcapades.

Ironically my account got canceled when I notified them of abuse by a user. The user was just a con artist trying the old con about being stuck in Africa and needing money so that customs could release their belongings that included millions of dollars. It is a fairly known con, you might have seen it in e-mail scam. So I reported the user to eroticy.com - when I tried to login again, my account got canceled. I contacted them and have gotten no response.
I have submitted a request to cancel my account and put in writing to them that as of this date i no longer authorize them to charge my credit card.
If they do charge my card I have in writing that they were not authorized to do so.

I will be contacting the consumer services department of Florida and also the attorney general of Florida if they do charge my card any further.

Anyone, especially people in the State of Florida, should contact both departments in regards to the fraud claims.
They are the people that will put them out of business, especially considering the content which webcapades provides.
The attorney general of florida I am sure will not be on the side of webcapades and would not appreciate his constituents being taken advantage of in the matter that they have been.
