Werner Enterprises screwed my dac and my driving career Omaha Nebraska

werner enterprises put that i had 2 accidents on my dac and i dont they were incidents one i bent a rim on a dollar general trailer going into a store by jumping a curb i could have fixed it my self if i had the tools but no i had to call saftey and report it. and the other one i was called in on stating i jump a curb took out a stop sign and kept going no one from werner went and investigated it the took the ladys word over mine and she change her story 2 times but they still beleived her over me now i was turned down bye two good paying companys becuse of these crooks now i am screwed for 3 years becuse of it

It sucks, and I do sympathize with you on that man but you've got more than 3 years to wait on your DAC to clean up. I know how it is, but those are reportable and documentable incidents very easily avoided if you'd tried harder and paid a little bit more attention. Most companies won't touch you if you have 2 or more accidents or incidents on your MVR for 3 years...DAC is a completely different story though. Companies look at that differently. The only thing you can do is contact USIS/DAC and request a report to be sent to you and you can either dispute it and if it doesn't get overturned then send a 100 word response stating your side of what happened on each incident and all companies you apply with will see atleast your side of what happened as well. Bending a rim by jumping curbs though it is minor is very avoidable! Good luck and I hope that helps you in some way.
