Werner International Enterprises Inc. Delivered and invoiced light bulbs without an order from my company Baltimore, Maryland
Werner International sent a shipment of sixty 60W-A19-Med-IF-LLES light bulbs via UPS to Montgomery Community College during holiday break without a valid Purchase Order number and an incorrect employee name as the person ordering. When I contacted the company to return the shipment, I was refered to their Fraud Department by Bridgette in Customer Service. The company refuses to give me a return authorization and I do not want to ship the bulbs back for fear that Werner will imply they did not receive them. Please advise.
