Complaint Review: Werner

It is a sad but true story you told.....This is long but all true!!!!.these big companys have the power to just walk over us. Me and my father went to werner as a team in lakeland florida"note lakeland". We both are very good drivers and have many miles behind us. we were lied to and just pushed around by this company. We were told we would be the team werner....which in thus meant meant we would get a good truck and many miles...lol

1. They didnt even have truck for us in lakeland fl after orientation.
NOTE: as a matter of fact there was 4 of us exp truck drivers with out trucks......
They gave the brand new trucks to the STUDENTS...

NOTE: STUDENT...very well 14 day trained fresh off the street trucker that has about 1 out of 12 rate of staying with this company....

Note: Student leaves.....hah..now they owe werner thousands of dollars......there were 40 students in my orientation .....another 40 plus came 3 days later in my fathers.

okay now that the truth is out here's my story.

2. They sent me ,my father and two other guys all the way to p.a in a rent a car which my dad had to pay for and was credited back two weeks later. we got there and all they had was ragged out trucks bumpers cut due to crashes and holes in the sleepers ...far from the 387 me and father was told is being held for us. One truck was okay a 379 pete. so the one guy was afraid of the long hood. so my and the other guy moreless picked straws...we lost thank god. The 379 had no permits or paper work....so that guy sat in a hotel. Me , my dad and the other are now being sent to albany n.y on a rescue" to rescue two kenworths....well the w 900 was ok and the t 600 was great...again the other guy was afraid of the hood...so we gave him the 600. we got rolling the next morning.

Now a week later we called the guy we left in p.a and he was home....they left him for two days in the hotel and then said he had to sleep in the truck in the middle of nowhere while he waited for his papers...he went home and quit. two days later the other guys calls us and my dad lets him know he drove 5 hours off course... me and dad did great...our first trip was from n.j to spannish fork utah. once we got out there it went down hill....they played with our logs while we were driving...try to shut me down in violation....lol my dad drove from spanish fork to las vegas and then to l.a and took another to demoines....lol buzzers were ringing and they were calling. my dad drove 23 hours straight...he was done...lol as he put resignation lol.. oh don't worry when he got his logs in the mail...it showed we split the driving pure lie.

3. we got back to florida 23 days later...note my 3 days at hotel....

I took loa to come back to n.y and get settled back in...the truck was dropped at lakeland by me and father as ordered before me coming home. I was ready to go back like 10 days later solo as was planned with dispatch....good thing i hesitated to get on the bus and made a called to werner after checking messages. I was told not to return.

4. did i mention the messed up trips ......ya we got paid 4 and 7 cents a mile! me and dad were getting payments for over two months as they fixed it! ALSO THIS GOES OUT TO ALL THOSE WERNER DRIVERS ME AND DAD MET ALONG THE WAY THAT WERE LEFT WITHOUT TRUCKS AND FIRED THOUSAND OF MILES FROM HOME....HOPE YA ALL GOT BETTER JOBS AND HAVE A SAFE HOLIDAYS....

THIS IS ALL TRUE...SO DONT EVEN GO HERE....!
