Werner called me based on a CDL head hunters website I recently placed an application with.  I have little OTR exp. since having my 97' CDL lic. but much exp. with various trucks.

On the phone the young sales person went through my application.  He then promised me the following: $500 sign on bonus, .34 cpm and more. Which sounded like a dream but I knew that it wasn't reality or at least in my reality.

Man did this kid talk fast to me! Like he had no time for anything but to get me through as a quick hired on werner driver.  Figuring that his time was money I spent as much of his valuable time as I could with him in order to waste his precious time.

Because after all that I asked him to send me a transcript of his werner promises to me before I could do anything else.

Holly crap did his talk get even more faster, like the legal jargin of a radio cars sales commercial advising that tax, title and other fee's may not apply to the car's price.

His last abrupt words to me were, "I will do that, and if you want to come work for us give me a call."  So I'm still waiting for the transcript, which may come via the Atlantic ocean by message in a bottle. But I'm not holding my breath here.  If I do receive it I will glady post my results here.  If not then don't hold your breath.

I figured that I probably helped save a few unsuspecting new hires from an abyss of werner non-promises by keeping this selfish and ignorant werner sales rep. on the phone with me for as a long as I could.  After all, us brother and sister trucker drivers have to stick together and take such peaceful and non-violent stands.
