Complaint Review: Werner Trucking

Werner is the worst company I have ever worked for, the pay is abismal and the treatment is even worse. They have a massive turn over rate and all they do is fleece people getting into trucking. On a positive note They do offer experience for new drivers and thats about it. If You're looking to make money and have a peaceful experience......Forgetaboudit!  I've never met a driver with anything positiive to say about this company, even some of the mechanics are rude and arrogant. I think arrogance is a prerequisite for their employees in dispatch and the shop even though the driver do all the work. New drivers get your experience and then run as fast as you can to another company. Question everything You are told by these folks, they pride themselves on getting over on drivers. If You shake hands with them count all Your fingers. Don't forget to use sanitizer either.
