The information provided to Tunefacts by WeRwe Records is not correct. Gobriari (owned by KaiCarra) published the single, Lady, by KaiCarra c2002 in July 3, 2012 on iTunes and Amazon, etc. WeRwe Records included the above single under his compilation album's name Volume One: Various Artists on 11/12/2013.

The contract between weRwe Records and KaiCarra expressly states that KaiCarra is the sole owner of the single, Lady, and remains the sole owner of all control and copyrights of the song. Gobriari is the original publisher and retains all rights thereof.

WeRwe Records does not represent KaiCarra in any way. All communication attempted through WeRWe Records, does not reach KaiCarra, the artist herself. Official communication for KaiCarra is gobriaristudio@gmail.com or Kaicarra@gmail.com. WeRWe Records has an email contact box for KaiCarra that he refuses to take down. The page appears high in google ranking so people are using it. No email has ever been forwarded to KaiCarra from weRwe Records. This it is a ploy to reach industry contacts for opportunities with KaiCarra's song, of which he has no ownership or control.

WeRwe Records has licensed the song Lady, by KaiCarra c2002 in order to be included in their label's compilation album. No ownership of the song has been transferred to weRwe Records. No streaming rights were ever licensed or given to WeRwe Records, but all rights were, are, and will continue to be owned solely by KaiCarra. Furthermore, KaiCarra is the trademarked name of the artist. Using "Kai Carra" in the name of communication, copyrights, licensure, and streaming, etc violates the artist, KaiCarra's trademarked name and such use signifies an imposter.

In April 2014, weRwe Records was using KaiCarra's song as soundtrack of advertising his company. He does not have a synch license. Furthermore, he monetized the video using Lady on YouTube- resulting in KaiCarra's own videos exhibiting her own work, of which she i has sole copyrights and control thereof. 7 DMCA's were filed at YouTube and his videos were taken down. The link to one such notice is here:

weRwe Records has no streaming rights or communication rights on behalf of KaiCarra. John Cannon/Bitera Corporation/weRwe Records has been shown to be a liar and a thief, using copyrighted material without legal permission, disregarding the limitations of music license between himself and KaiCarra, and finding new ways (streaming) to make revenue off of KaiCarra's song, illegally.

His only license was to include the single Lady by KaiCarra on the compilation album, weRwe Records Volume One:Various Artists. He had agreed to provide thousands of physical copies to Walmart. That did not happen. His marketing plan had included DVDs interviewing the artists included on the album. That did not happen. The only thing that happened is that he published the songs on iTunes, amazon and band camp for sale. No financial records have been distributed and no artist on the album has ever seen a penny. As sole owner of the single, Lady, regardless of profit for the album, weRwe Records owes KaiCarra licensing fees, for each sale, each stream, etc
