I ordered flowers on Monday Jan 13 to be delivered Tue Jan 14. they weren't delivered so I called to find out what happened. I then got jerked around and transferred to dead end voice mails and out of country call centers that were unable to do anything. The worst customer service experience Ive ever had. Its now Thursday afternoon and I have no resolution...
The business is incompetent and disorganized. OR perfectly organized to avoid the consumer after payments have been received. If you call them and press the button for a new order you get Pakistan. If you press the button for existing orders you get a dead end voicemail.
This business needs to be downgraded. Their website brags about their A+ BBB rating and that's just ridiculous. It deteriorates the BBB credibility when they rate businesses like this with such high marks. Even if the mistake was a fluke (which I know it isnt based on conversations with the call center opperators)The fact that you cant reach anyone to address issues is case in point enough that they shouldnt have a good rating. Save your money and your time and order from somewhere else. Not to mention the girl didnt get her flowers! All around rating of BOOOO & f****** RIP OFF....oh and now I get to deal with disputing the charge on my card. Pain in the A$$
