Complaint Review: Wesley Berry-Flower Delivery Express

Wesley Berry- Flower Delivery Express is a complete rip off! They are thieves and will steal your hard earned $$$ like they stole mine. On February 3th, 2014, on their website, I ordered and paid for a dozen long stem roses, with mylar balloons and a large teddy bear to be delivered to my daughter who is away for college and is feeling down because of various personal issues. I even paid extra because they have three options for the degree/quality you want the flowers to be arranged. I paid for the highest level as I wanted this to be special. The flowers delivered were small, old and poorly arranged. No mylar balloons and no large teddy was delivered.

I left several messages and sent several emails in the past week and no response. On their website, they claim they have almost a perfect rating in customer staifaction, and they are open 24/7! I have no idea who gave this company a good rating! They are horrble, the absolute worst service of any online vendor i have ever experienced. I lmost buy everything online and have felt so taken and so violated by a vendor. This business is a scam. Do NOT trust anything they say on their website! They are crooks. The address on the website says they are based in Michigan but most likely this is scam outfit out of Nigeria or China!! Stay away from these thieves!
