On 1/24/14(Friday) about 9:00am I called 888-851-2881 and spoke with someone named Josie an ordered flowers to be delivered by 4pm that day. I asked specifically if that would be OK and Josie said it would be no problem. I gave all the information to the rep for delivery and paid with my credit card.

After 5 calls I spoke with somebody named Katlyn on 1/27/14 and was that I paid for my order online and through paypal. Informed rep that I spoke with Josie on 1/24/14 and rep came back and said no one named Josie works there. After checking again, rep did confirm that a credit card was used and paid for through paypal. Rep offered a $60 credit for another purchase. Rep seemed not too concerned about the delivery taking 33 hours and that a person named "Josie" took my credit card info and it was documented as an online order through paypal. Rep stated she would send a $60 credit to my email to be used another time. I did receive two emails on 1/29/14, each for a $30 credit on your next purchase, however after looking into it more, it cannot be used toward any other discount(most of their flowers are already discounted, if not all) and you still have to pay a delivery charge. So all in all, you are paying the normal price minus the $30 discount(you cannot use 2 discounts from two emails for the same order) plus the delivery charge.

The lack of concern, very poor customer service, incompetent employees, incompetent management and the deceitful practices from this company should tell people to never ever use this company to buy anything. The chances that your credit account could be comprimised are very high. The day after this happened and got an email that my paypal account has been hacked and I needed to log in to verify. Is it a coincidence? I don't know, but I will be checking on my credit card and paypal account for a long time to make sure nothing happens. If it does, this is the company I will go after!!!!! Big time!!!!
