This company scams you into thinking that you have a credit for a good amount towards a future order after using them once.  They baited me with a $52.00+ credit.  I ordered $15 worth of flowers and the following charges magically appeared: $9.99 saturday service, $19.99 service charge, $9.50 sales fee, bringing the total back up to $53.19.  I was told the expense was due to Mother's day even though the flowers were being delivered a week after that day.  I said then cancel the order; was told it would be a 30% charge for that.  I placed the order two minutes before!  How could that be possible?  I called back two days in a row and no manager would come to the phone.  They hide behind the women that answer the phones.  Funny too, on the invoice it claims my total savings is $101.27.  What gall!  Do not use this company ever.
