I began ordering flowers with what I thought was a local business. When I realized that I did not want the services because it was too much money, I went back to edit the order. The edit came up blank so I thought it had negated the order by returning to it. I x'ed out of the screens and the web site. I never went to complete the checkout or confirm an order.
wesley berry flower came up on my email as delivering on Monday. I was very surprised and called twice to cancel the order using the 800 number provided. I emailed requesting cancellation of the order twice. Delivery was scheduled on the 23rd of December. I cancelled the order 4x on the 21 st of December.
I called again on Monday 23 December and needed to select "place an order" instead of the "change an existing order" option on the recording. When I finally spoke to someone, she put me on hold for at least 10 minutes before I spoke to Calvin. He told me the "bad news" that the order was on the truck from the local florist and could not be cancelled. He offered me money off a future order but nothing to compensate or cancel this order. I was scammed!
My credit card company days I have little recourse but they would try to dispute these charges.
