Wesley Berry Florist (aka flowersdeliveryexpress) is an unethical company.  I called their number thinking it was another florist and they said they worked with area florists.  We worked out the particulars of the order and I asked which florist would be sending it and they refused to tell me.  I then said I did not wish to order under these conditions.  They said "Too bad" it will cost you $19.99... to cancel because I just hit enter. I then spoke to a supervisor, Gillian, emp #604 and informed them that I would dispute any charges their disreputable company placed on my credit card.  They then sent me an email confirming the ORDER, nothing about the cancellation.  I sent a reply back that it had been cancelled and should never have been processed and just to be sure, I sent through my work email and got a delivery receipt in case they try to deliver it.  I talked to my credit card company already and I will not pay this.  They are despicable!!!! Help spread the word.
