Wesley Berry Flowers HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, no delivery, 10 day refund! Internet
I placed an online order for express services on Friday, 11/15, 13:25 CST. According to the website, a 4 hour delivery was guaranteed if I paid extra. I did! Imagine my anger and surprise when I logged on to my email on Monday, 11/18, and found an email from Wesley Flowers asking me to call since they had additional questions. I called and learned they had an issue with a local florists, so they wanted to ask me questions?! That's why my arrangement was never sent as promised?! Then when I requested a refund, the customer service I received was HORRIBLE. I was lied to, hung up on, and eventually told it would be 7-10 days but they would refund the money they were able to immediately debit from my account. I will NEVER order from this company again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
