I ordered flowers for my mother's last day at work.I was assured that they would send them on this important day. They did not deliver the flowers but charged my credit card. It took 3 weeks to get the charges reversed. Then they sent me a 'credit' to use for flowers. I decided to try and use the credit.

Even though I ordered less then the credit amount, they wanted a credit card number. I entered a bogus number. They wrote me a couple of hours later to state that the flowers could not be delivered because the number I had given them was incorrect. Why do they need a credit card number on a free order?

I will never use this service again.
