My sister sent a bouquet to my mother for Valentine's Day.  She paid $109 for flowers, chocolates and card.  I checked on my Mom in the nursing home and she had recieved a small handful of roses, not the "Your in My Heart" bouquet that was ordered.  I tried calling 5 times to get the correct arrangement.  Was hung up on 4 times and then told that customer service department was closed.  Did they not think someone nwould care or check because it is a nursing home delivery??  Shame on whoever pocketed the money!
