I have been printing for Wes Wells since 2013 and I ALWAYS supplied good quality printing in his magazines.  It always took an extra push to get him to pay for his jobs.  His excuse was always that his father was in the hospital, maybe he was but, that should not have caused the delayed payments.  We had made an agreement settlement to pay off the job, through my collection agency.  He accepted that and has since not even responded to my collection agency.

If people cannot pay their bills, they shouldn't be in business.  You cannot just order something, accept it and then just don't pay.

You had been paid for all printing jobs. You would not even print before you got half down and not ship until you were paid before that last job. We had always paid you. This last printing job you spoke of was not what we had requested and we offered to return them. The print was bad (green) and not what we had been used to. We used another company and reprinted. we had to try and come to a reasonble conclusion and you refused to meet us half way. We didn't feel as if it was fair to for us to be held 100% accountable. And as far you you making reference to family illness, that was true and I took all the time needed to care for my ill, bed-ridden dad, who eventually died. No sympathy needed. My choice. We are still open to a reasonable conclusion. Reasonable.
