Wesley Yuhn at Venture Capital Partners hired my company to do search optimization and write a ton of content.  He was under contract for 12 months.  I wrote over 150 pages of content for him.  He didn't pay for the content or other services which totaled 4100 dollars.  He continually promised that he would take care of me.  He failed to meet with me for a total of 38 times when we had appointments set and he cancelled.  He informed me that he was closing the company and wouldn't be able to pay.  He shut down Venture Capital Partners and then filed a new corporation of ACHDP.com LLC.  He stills has all the content I wrote actively displayed on the website.  It is the same corporate leadership and now a different company.  Please be very careful of any dealings with Wesley Yuhn. I don't recommend dealing with this man.  He directly impacted my company and the well being of my family.

I totally agree with Steve. We should always try to learn from knowledgeable people around us and never miss a chance of not taking advantage of their experience. He is a man of great knowledge and vast work experience; it is really going to be waste if we do not learn anything new from him. The next time I meet him, I will definitely ask a lot of things that I always wished to know about online marketing.

I am sure he would not mind answering my questions at all. And Steve thanks for indicating it. I read a lot about him but I never paid attention to his work experience in online marketing. People take bucks for teaching something but this man never hesitates to share his any information he has with someone who needs it or ask for it.

I will ask everything that I always wished to learn about online marketing. Lisa! You should not be afraid of asking anything from him. I am sure you understand how good he is? It is a great opportunity for us that we are working with him and we should not let a chance go by. I would like to know how he managed to promote a company so well through online marketing.

You should not feel awkward in asking for help to understand something more about online marketing from him.

You have already worked with him and surely you are aware of his cool nature while dealing with people.

If you are working with him and did not take some advantage of his knowledge then it is of no worth at all.

You may have already learnt a lot of things from him and you have even mentioned that before.

Did he ever make you feel uncomfortable when you asked something from him?

He is a great guy and ready to help anyone.

He would not mind at all if you ask him something about online marketing.

His knowledge is vast in the field and he can even give you some great tips about promoting a product online.

Even at college time, I used to ask too many things from him about various topics whenever I needed help and he even used to help me without any expectation.

Not just me but many other students of the college used to take along their queries with them and he used to help them.

Hey Steve!

Yeah this is right that he is going to sell iPhone from the very next month.

I do know about his online marketing skills but I have never tried to ask him about it.

There is no wonder definitely in how he has raised the awareness of many brands with the explicit use of his knowledge, as he is a man of his promise.

I am sure whatever project he takes in his hands is definitely a success.

I often like reading about his previous work experiences over the sites and how helpful people have found his help.

It seems like this man does not work for money only but for using his qualifications to provide maximum benefit to a particular company.

I am sure whichever company has ever hired him did not regret. Due to that I am super excited for working with him.

Talking about online marketing, I do not know whether I really should ask about his experience in the subject.

Definitely he is a great man and always ready to help people, but is it right to ask for each and every information of a persons experience.

However, it would be great to learn some better insights of online marketing from him.

Thanks for the update about him.

He told me about the business of selling iPhones but I was not sure as I did not discuss this thing with him.

I am going to ask him today.

It is great that he is going to sell iPhones as it is a world-class product to sell.

I trust him with it and I would prefer to buy an iPhone from his company and nowhere else.

But there is another thing that I would like to share with you guys about him.

I am sure you guys even know about it already.

It is his online marketing skills.

He has gained excellence of knowledge in the subject and is a master of it.

He even has worked for many companies to raise their brand awareness and bringing customers to them with the extensive use of his online marketing skills.

Katie and Lisa, I do insist you both taking some advantage of this particular knowledge of him.

However, his qualifications are not just limited to online marketing.

Ummm..

This is really a wonderful feeling when your client pays you extra price as gifts or some movie vouchers or organizing a party for you for your extra-ordinary work.

But it is you who really deserved this gift.

Its great for me to work with you under the same roof.

Thanks for sharing such wonderful experience you had with my client during your college days.

I knew my client is trustworthy and can never do such things.

It seems that you and he were among the brilliant students of your college.

It is such a wonderful feeling to me that I worked with this person and I have learnt many new things while working with him.

He honored me by gifting an iPhone 6 for my good work and also has assigned me another project that is definitely going to improve our business relationship further.

Wow, what a wonderful client I got! Working for him was such a great honor for me and I am obliged to receive another offer.

I am sure this guy can never do such things to anyone.

Hope the person who dropped a false comment here will understand his mistake and will never do such things again in future to anyone.

We had a business relationship since more than a year and since then there's been no such issues arose related to late payments or not giving my payment.

I Know This Man Personally

Hey Everyone!

I know this man personally.

We went to college together and are very good friends since then.

He was used to be very keen in experimenting everything and for this both of us got punished many times.

But remembering those days always bring smile to my face.

Even I am in touch with this guy.

He is very knowledgeable and is always there to help people when they are in need.

We have spent around 6 years together and I can proudly say those were the most beautiful days of my life with him.

Ah, I remember that night when he was preparing for next day exam, I told him, Dude, you'll never pass this examination as you don't know even a b c d of this exam.

But, I was shocked when results were declared. He topped the same exam with 85% marks.

I don't think my friend can do such things to anyone.

He is the one who always try to help others but here it looks like some kind of misunderstanding to me.

I have called up my friend and he told me the full story.

Let me clear you, here's nothing as such happened ever.

This is his competitor who has posted this irrelevant comment to drop my friend's business.

But after looking at the remarks given here by other people, it seems like the guy has failed in dropping my friend's reputation as the customers trust him and his business.

It is really nice of all people here who literally wish to stop people from posting such false comments. People just do not understand that how harmful it could be for someone if you are doing it intentionally. Well that is stupid, because if someone would understand this then why someone would post such comments. I do not understand what kind of problem someone may have with my client that he has posted something like that. You are having so many issues with him within 12 months while I have worked for him more than 12 months and I do not have a single issue with him.

My client has remained so helpful and supportive throughout the time in which we worked together. Plus Katie has mentioned that when the mistakes used to be made from her sides then he used to talk peacefully. What else could you expect from a client? Usually the response of clients is not so polite when there are mistakes made from the side of the service provider. At least I have never heard of such things in my working career. After reading what Katie has mentioned, I think I would love to work with him once again.

I want to explain your query about iPhone 6 that my client is going to start selling iPhone 6 the very next month. It is great that people have presented their views on such futile remarks.

I think it was definitely posted by some competitor.

Passing such remarks that someone ruined your life could really create a bad impact on the public reputation of a person.

During the tenure of my services I really never encountered such problems, such as delayed or stopped payments.

Working with him was a great experience and I actually enjoyed it.

If ever mistakes were made from my side, he addressed them politely and asked me to correct them.

It is great if your client responds peacefully and tells you what exactly it wants in detail.

Especially, there is no such thing like not taking appointment.

He never failed to take my calls whenever scheduled.

If he used to be unavailable then he used to ask for rescheduling, but very respectfully.

I do not understand how such complaints could come for a person who has never failed to pay the right price for the services that I provided to him.

I think people should stop giving such unworthy remarks to people.

He is a great client that I have ever worked for and I even prefer to provide services to him in future too.

I want to tell you about him and his team that they were very supportive to me and looked very humble and genuine to me.

I don't think this person can do such things to anyone.

He is a gentleman and has a very sweet voice and behavior.

I have also worked with the same client.

And I am very happy to serve my services for him.

He is very kind and down to earth person.

I have had never issues like late payments or something like that.

And yes, you are absolutely correct Lisa that this person is very helpful and make things much easier.

I think the person who has dropped such thing about our client is a competitor and he is afraid of our client's progress and success.

I am very much pleased to work with my client and he has also appreciated my good work and rewarded me with some other projects as well.

This shows how genuine this guy is!

I am opposed to such things how can someone do this to be on top by dropping one's business.

This is not a good thinking.

I am even in touch with my client and when I told him about this, he just answered me calmly not to think about this.

This is not going to harm anyway to me and my business as I never compromise with the quality to serve my customers and they trust me.

Hearing this positive reply, I have become his fan.

I have tried to contact with few of his customers as well and they are very satisfied with the services they are using from my client.

When I told them about this such thing, they were embarrassed.

This shows how much my client is genuine to his customers and his services users.

I am totally agree with you. You are absolutely correct that one should not post false comments in such a way that someone's business can be ruined. This is good that you are taking initiatives to pause such type of things. This is truly a great effort from you Lisa. I would even like to tell you Lisa that my clients were also affected through such ill people. I have done a proper research to make the things right and in a proper way. It seems you are very passionate and very impressed from your client.

It is great. Even I have many clients that have impressed me. But they never ask such things that they want to ruin someone else's business to be on top. I know it was made by some competitor.

But I have also worked with the client and I was very happy to serve him.

He paid me on time with bonus for my good work.

I was genuine with the guy and he was genuine to me.

I don't think that the person can harm anyone doing such things.

I think it was some competitor who has filed the case against my client.

I have worked with the client over 1 year and I have no such issues with him.

He is very kind person and co-operative too.

Getting the business down of someone by doing such things is not good and I consider the same as a cheap and narrow minded thinking.

Not only me but my client has worked with some other as well and when I asked them about him, I got positive replies.

They never said that he didn't pay them on time or something like that.

The client is very kind and I appreciate him.

I will always recommend him with positive deliveries to others and also looking forward to establish a long term business relationship with the guy.

Its been a challenging job for me but the person has made all thing simple and much easy for me.

I have learnt a lot doing job for him and also he honored me with a great bonus which was unexpected.

I am greatly thankful to my client and also looking to work with him in future.

Phone is great and you can buy it with contract

iPhone is a great phone to purchase.

All the issues regarding its battery life and performance are stupid.

Do not pay attention to them. You can definitely buy this phone.

You want to buy an iPhone but with lesser price then you have two choices.

Firstly, you can buy it with a contract for which the initial cost would be less.

There are several network carriers, such Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T that are offering contracts.

With them you can purchase the phone with monthly installments.

Thus, the price you are going to pay at once that would be divided in little portions.

So, it is really helpful in buying an iPhone.

Second opinion is similar to what Lisa has suggested.

You can buy an older version of iPhone and that one would be lesser in price.

Do it only if you wish to have an iPhone because you have mentioned that the model does not matter.

Please correct me if I have misunderstood your question.

There is also an option of purchasing contract less iPhone with T-Mobile at a lesser price.

You should really check out his service at the official website of the carrier.

Talk to a network provider who will be able to help you in purchasing an iPhone6 with contract.

These options may help you in buying an iPhone.

The phone is excellent with great functions at better quality.

Hello! You should stick with the suggestion of your friend.

Buying an unlocked phone would cost much more. So buying a locked phone is the only option available.

Usually when you buy a phone with contract or locked version then you wont be able to use that phone with any other mobile carrier.

That is the only restriction.

There are different contract available from different mobile carriers and you can check them out online.

You can also find a contract free version with T-Mobile; it may cost you around $700, which is not bad buy either.

I am not sure about if there is any offer of buying an iPhone with monthly installments, for that you can check out a mobile store.

However, if you are okay with any iPhone then you can buy an older version and that one would be at lower price. I hope it helps.

It is good that your phone issue has been taken in concern by the customer care team.

I actually agree with Steve, even I do not think that you can choose another product from a different vendor.

In the procedure of your request, the complaint is sent to the vendor from whom you have received you product.

The malfunctioning product that you have received would be sent back to the vendor and a new one would be sent to you.

Plus, if you do not receive the right product or if the vendor does not have it right now then she/he may return your money.

You can choose a new iPhone from a different vendor once you get the refund.

But, it will only happen when you get the refund and not an exchange.

So, if you are looking for money back then get in touch with customer care.

Maybe they can help you.

It is great that your matter is in process to get resolved and I am sure you will be happy with the result.

But, with my experience, I do not think that they have such privilege.

If you get a full refund then you are free to buy an iPhone from a different store or an apple outlet.

Otherwise, you will get a new iPhone and usually that is done through the same vendor because you have received a faulty piece from that one.

But, if you are really willing to get another iPhone from another store then you can ask a customer care executive.

If they can refund your money without sending another phone then that is going to be great for you.

However, I do not think they have such facilities.

One last piece of advice, do not be afraid of online shops and there is always a chance of hit or a miss.

Thank you everyone. It is great that you really have shown great interest in my concern. I have already begun my conversation with the customer care team and they are taking my matter seriously. They said that hopefully I will get an exchange and if not then my money can get refund. I hope to get the refund because I would like to purchase iPhone 6 plus from another mobile store. 

I do not wish to purchase such an expensive device from an online shop where you are actually not see what is getting delivered. The matter will take a while to get resolved. I am hoping to get my refund as soon as possible. I am not ready to receive another phone from the same vendor. I dont want the vendor to send me another faulty piece. Anyways thanks a lot for your great and useful advices. One last thing can I choose a phone from a different vendor?

My sister purchased an iPhone 3 years back from an online store.

When she received the product she encountered a similar problem.

The phone had many scratches that are surely not inbuilt.

So she immediately got up into a conversation with the customer care team of the online store.

They immediately took the note of that concern and said that she will receive a new phone or full refund of her money.

The best point in the scenario was the vendor who was quiet pleasant in his approach.

She sent the iphone back as it was received and got a new one in return.

The new iphone was working perfectly fine.

The issue took a few days to get resolved, so you may have to be a little patient.

However, she did not face anything like the switching off of the iphone.

But, just have your receipt and you will definitely get a new iPhone.

Oh! That is really bad that your iPhone is showing such problem.

But yes, I agree with Steve.

The problem does not seem like a manufacturing fault.

Especially, when you have seen scratches on the phone too!

The phone must have been damaged by the vendor and he dispatched a faulty piece to you.

It is a great loss of money if you do not ask for an exchange soon.

And you are right, the piece must have been returned by another customer too, previously.

You do not have to worry much; all you have to do is talk to a customer care executive and tell them about the problem you have encountered.

Plus, I am sure that apple is not responsible for the fault that you have observed in your phone.

Take the action within the time frame provided by the website or vendor, otherwise you wont be able to return it.

Do mention the exact problem and do not forget to tell them about the scratch signs that are visible on your phone.

The vendor surely will take the phone back and send you a new one.

Usually, they do not create any issue in making an exchange. Good luck.

The problem with the phone of Emanuel seems really unusual.

A few of my friends in my group have purchased it too, but no one has complained about such an issue.

I did not even read anything like that while I browsed about some comments on iPhone6.

Just to know how the phone is.

I agree with Rachel, you should submit your complaint in customer care.

I would have suggested that you should talk to a customer care executive of Apple, but that would be in case when you would have purchased the phone from its outlet.

Since, you have purchased it from an online shopping site then you should go for an exchange or refund.

iPhone really costs a lot and you should not let you money get wasted.

The scratches on your phone actually indicate some previous damage to the phone by the vendor because if a customer would try to return the phone after damaging it, I am sure the vendor would not have accepted it.

It usually happens in hustle bustle, I am sure he did not do it on purpose and surely there would be no other problem.

Do no worry and ask for an exchange.

Hey Emanuel! It is really bad that you are going through this problem.

I, also, recently purchased an iPhone6, but it did not show such issues that you are mentioning here.

The fault that you are telling that it gets switched off in the middle while operating, it indicates that the phone may have fallen somewhere and was damaged.

You have also said that it is showing many scratches.

So, I think the situation is quiet clear.

I do not think that iPhone 6 plus has any inbuilt issue in it, especially the ones you are mentioning.

You should immediately get in touch with the customer care team of the online shop from where you have purchased your iPhone.

It seems like the vendor has cheated and sent a wrong piece to you.

The phone is expensive and you must have paid a lot bucks.

Do not just waste them and ask for a refund or return.

The scratches on your phone strictly indicate that the phone was damaged somehow and the problem that it is getting switched off over and over might be caused by that.

Perhaps thats why the previous user has returned it.

Ask for a replacement and send this one back.

Hello! I have recently bought an iPhone.

It is not iPhone 6, it is 6 plus.

It is just few days back and I purchased it online.

But, there are many scratches on the phone and it gets switched off in the middle of operation and seems like someone has returned it previously.

I love the phone and there is nothing else wrong with it.

I love it, but the problem is that is showing too many scratches.

I really wish to return it and get a new one because it does not seem like a new product.

It is iPhone anyways, but I do not know what to do now.

I do not think the problem is in the manufacturing, but the vendor has sent me a faulty piece.

I am literally angry right now.

If anybody is familiar with the problem and can give me an appropriate solution then it is great.

However, I have not heard anybody complaining about such issues.

I have searched through a lot of forums, but unable to get help.

Can someone please tell me how to deal with this issue?

Otherwise I would like to return it and demand for a new piece.

It already has been a month since I am using iPhone6.

I have bought 32GB one. And I am truly enjoying it.

I need it a lot and use it all the time at work and home.

The screen size is 4.7 inch and just a bit larger than the old one and it is really slim that I can easily slip it in the side of my purse or inner pocket of my coat.

Everyone at work really appreciates my new iPhone.

Even I have heard many issues regarding its battery life, just like Steve has mentioned, but I also did not find any problem with its battery life.

It is really working great.

The most outstanding feature of the phone is its finger print safety feature.

Even someone steals it! What is going to be the use anyways? Ha ha ha!

The touch technology works from any side. Means you can touch it straight or narrow, it will still recognize your fingerprint.

It is absolutely great.

I think this kind of technology could only be expected from iPhone.

I can even make app purchases directly with my finger ID, which helps you get rid of entering your password over and over.

The camera quality is also amazing.

I recently used it in taking my daughter birthday party pictures.

The quality was stunning.

Plus the video quality is also very good.

All features are exactly similar to the descriptions I read on different sites.

Side by side iPhone6 has accommodated all the familiar needs of previous iPhones.

You can transfer unlimited music, videos and apps.

With the capacity of 32gb, the scope of storage is really good.

The phone is really efficient and iPhone has proved itself above everything else once again.

However I am reading so many complaints on different sites.

I hope it is a nightmare that is not going to be true.

I am literally enjoying my new phone and hopefully it keeps purchasing like that.

I would not like to present any official remark because purchasing it was entirely my choice.

So I cant say that one should buy it or not. But, it was incredible purchase for me.

Let me see how long my new companion stays with me, and hopefully it does for long.

Many people have issues regarding the price. But to acquire every good thing, you have to pay a price.

I had iPhone 5 for last two years and recently I gave it to my young sister.

I bought an iPhone 6 for myself and I actually enjoy everything about this phone.

When I was giving away the old one, it made me feel that I am going to miss it, but iPhone6 has made me forget everything.

I have heard that android phones get stuck sometimes, but there is nothing wrong about my iPhone.

It functions great, never stops and never freezes.

It is the best phone that someone can have.

I use my iPhone all the time and that is really true that it never hangs or freezes.

Plus the battery life of this phone is also incredible.

The photos taken from the phone are spotless and clear.

Another hit about iPhone is that it takes pictures at faster pace and controls blurring.

I just feel lucky that I decided to purchase it.

Plus there are many other features about the iPhone6 that I love are its lightweight, slimness and better screen.

I only felt that the look was quiet similar to typical android phones of nowadays.

I loved and preferred the classic appearance of iPhone, which was different and unique. But I can adjust with this because it is iPhone.

However many people have complaints regarding its battery power.

I heard it a lot that several people said that the battery of the phone dies within 2-3 hours, but I have no issues regarding this so far.

But if anybody asks me for suggestions then I can say that you can purchase this product with your eyes shut.
On the basis of my judgment, the best features of iPhone 6 are-

Larger screen size with crystal clear quality.

Slim and sliding design (sometimes it feels like an iPod touch).

HD Display with the resolution of 1334*750.

Better camera quality that gives greater videos along with spotless pictures.

The touch ID technology that helps you secures your phone with your fingerprint. It really works.

With so many outstanding features, I do not find any reason to deny purchasing iPhone6.

The more I use it the more I am in love with it.

I am having a great experience and do not regret my decision at all.

I am sure I am going to enjoy it just like I enjoyed iPhone 5. The phone is magnificent and you will love it.

I am sure that you are already impressed with your previous iPhone, but iPhone6 is really magical.

You said that you expected a lot and I dont understand what else you can expect with a genius phone like iPhone6.

Although I do not agree with the part you shared about the looks and style of the phone, but there are more parameters about a product for judgment.

The screen resolution is fantastic, power backup is impressive, picture and sound quality is incredible.

If you are unaware of the features completely then you can take help of the apple store to understand them better.

I feel like the new iPhone is similar to the old ones. I expected a lot when they said iPhone 6, but it is not as good as I thought. Maybe the phone has been good for other people but I am not enjoying it as much. The phone does not seem very stylish like my old one. I have recently received my iPhone 6 (unlocked GSM) with 64GB memory, after iPhone 4S that I purchased 3 years back, and it is the best phone released from Apple.

The screen is bigger with better camera and increased battery life. The weight is not heavy at all and slips easily in my coats pocket.

I have no issues with the performance of phone, plus I have already begun to download my favorite apps on the phone and it is functioning smoothly.

It has allowed me to perform all the functions that I used to do with my previous iPhone. Great buy, totally!

Since the original post, Wesley Yuhn is setting things right.  It is important to know that as a consumer I did not know the whole story.  Wesley himself was wronged by others, which just rolled downhill.  We have met and he is bringing the account current.  His actions have been both honorable and dignified throughout this process.  He didn't play any games and is doing the right thing.  I retract my negative remarks about him and his company.  I recommend that you do business with him if you want to deal with an individual who believes in accountability, conflict resolution, and business ethics.  I recommend him gladly.
