Wessiny Takes your money but doesn't necessarily send you what you ordered. They choose items for you. Internet

This company was sold out of the items I ordered online and I found out their way of dealing with this issue is to just send you whatever they've got left on the shelf. When you contact them to tell them you received the wrong order, they own up to this convention and let you know they've chosen something else for you on your behlalf and thank you for your money. When you tell them this is not an acceptable result or way to do business and that you'd rather wait for the items you ordered to come back in to stock, they tell you that is not an option. You just get what you get. They did about 10 back and forth emails with me (which probably cost them more in labour than the $20 item we were discussing) and in the end offered me 10% off my next purchase. Thats a whole $2 off. 

They were wildly stubborn about their awful business practice. They just kept telling me, in a very cavalier way, that they merely sent me something else and encouraged me to accept it and be happy with their choice. Who does business like this??
