Complaint Review: West At Home Agent

You will train for a job for well over 10 hours to pass thier test... all without getting paid. You think you got everything right, you start yo work and the phone rings before you can log on. Turns out you cant log on they didnt give you a pass word. So you have no chioce but NOT help the customer, Now you are in breach of contract and you are not allowed to work. As if getting to work 30 minutes a day is considered work. You have to fight for the hours, but they dont tell you this. You think 40 hours will be easy to get... NOT!! your lucky to get 3 hours a week, if you can even log on!
