West At Home Training Nightmare - DO NOT SIGN UP! Internet

Do not sign up with West-At-Home, because you will be disappointed.  My training ended prematurely after I requested a small extension due to technical problems.  The technical problem costed me 90 mins. on my cell phone.  What was wrong? Simply put their training website couldn't handle a new version of Adobe Acrobat 9!  There was no technical information anywhere mentioning this glitch. 

I was promised to have training extended today through 10:59 PM CST. Instead this morning at 9:00 AM EST they cut off my training access.  I resigned in protest because it took three phone calls just to get a supervisor to approve the extension.  Twice I was told to "call back" and the third time the supervisor left for the day. None of their PAL's offered to have the supervisor call me.  What service for people who expect exemplary service from their contractors at home. 

Even when you contact the training issues department they really can't help.  The person agreed this project was giving me the run around.  You are at the mercy of the project supervisors to whom you will never speak.  Enough said.  If you want to complain, send a letter to:
