Complaint Review: WEST BAY ACQUISITIONS

    I received a letter from West Bay Acquisitions, LLC stating that I owed delinquent charges from Hollywood Video.  All of my video charges were paid in full.  Many of the listing titles I had never even rented.  West Bay Acquisitions does not list an email address where you can notify and when you attempt to call you are placed in a lengthy call que.  They are not listed with the BBB and It is upsetting that they have access to my credit information.  What action can I take? And how can I find out who is in charge at this company?
