Received an invoice for money owed to Hollywood Video (now West Bay Acquisitions, LLC), supposedly for DVDs/Games that were not returned to our store on time.  There are no specific charges listed, only the following statement:

"Below are the specific titles with the associated rental dates that contributed to this debt.  Your total amount due may include some titles not listed here."

It then goes on to list 4 games and 2 DVDs and one date for each, so there is no way of knowing what the charges were and the period of time associated with them.  The invoice just includes a total amount that supposedly encompasses all these dates.

Our store would not let us rent from them if we had outstanding late fees, so I can't believe that there is any validity to these charges.  Furthermore, Hollywood went out of business when we still had a fair amount of money left on our monthly rental premium that we couldn't cash in - where does that credit come into play?
