west bay aquisitions requesting payment for dvd rentals from 2009 cranston, Rhode Island
received a letter stating that I owe 49.00 for dvd rentals dating back to 2009.hollywood video did not let you rent a movie if you had a balance .we were billed several times for movies that they say were not returned.after several weeks I would get a call saying they found the movie and it was not logged back in.If I thought these charges were valid I would pay them but this is caused by bad management and now they want me to pay for something that was taken care of when the movies were returned.I have heard of others being billed in the same way. this is a ripoff and should be investigated.
