west broad volkswagen emissions sedelment rip off richmond Virginia
after get 6,700 for TDI emission sedelement 5 day later my car brakes down it cost 6,400 to fix it and they reject warrent claims because of off road diesel got in my car some how and caused the problem. I do not know how the diesel got in my car(i sussepect they put it in).then after 10 days to fix it (900) car rental.So i tradded the car in to get rid of it and 8 days (2 days before I get my new car) and it brakes down again.I did not take it back to west broad VW but it turns out the fuel pump stop working again (I thinks the problem is intermitten and they never fixed it even thow I spent 6,400 dollars for them to fix it. some one out to yank their dealer liences .rip off in richmond

Turns out their is a recll on fule pumps failures: they stole money from me and I am going to sue them. I tradded the lemon VW PASSET FOR A american car AND WILL NEVER BY A german CAR AGAIN!
VW mechanics do not let them work on your car.

UPDATE AFTER ALL THAT MONEY TO FIX MY CAR 7 DAYS LATER IT BRAKES DOWN ON ME AGAIN( WHAT KIND OF TURDS DO THEY HAVE WORKING AS MECHANICS AT PAGE WEST BROAD VOLKSWAGEN IN RICHMOND,VA.) . I DO NOT THINK THEY FIXED THE ORIGNAL PROBLEM TIMMING OF THE VALVES( NOT THE FULE PUMP) BECAUSE THAT IT WHAT ANOTHER DEALEARSHIP SAID THAT IS WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT.IF VW can not make a car last 3 years then I will never buy a car from then ever again.I TRADDED IT IN GOOD BY VW.
