West Coast Elite FC Jerry Chavarria , West Coast Elite Football Club Misleading, bad soccer coaching, discriminate, discriminatory practices, doesnot provide services as promised Encino California
Beware of this soccer club West Coast Elite FC, my kid practiced there with a promise of professional coaching but it was far from it. Once you sign the check and their agreement thats it. They discriminate all the way. Jerry Chavarria (the main coach) which by the way his sons play there and wife in the club changes coaches like you change socks, make awful decisions with disregard to the kids feel, wellbeing nor the parents. No development whats or ever. They cancel practices with any possible excuse throughout the season with no reason. This club is driven purely by money !. Coaches won't showup to league games, parents arrive at practices and no coachs or staff. Whether your kid is U10 U8 or U9 U12 and you love'em take it we had a very bad experience, to come to this !

This is a small unorganized club. The coaching does not focus on development, but like too many youth teams- promotes win at all costs!
if you want your child to develop confidence and experience on the field- stay away from these snake oil peddlers!!!
We were constantly nicked and dimed with plans for tournaments always changing.
Our child was not rotated to multiple positions or given more opportunity to compare with the coaches own children!
It became quite obvious that $ is the main motivating factor that guides this club, and little is provided in return.
There was no practice field, charges for practice on futsal field, basically no real resources for the entire 2018 season.
Practice should not be slept through or spent on your phone Coach! This is the most crucial time to improve kids, and not just your own!
