Ordered a 9 cell battery for my daughters Dell laptop. We received it October of 2009. The battery started loosing its strength in April while my daughter was away at college. When she came home in May I called Hannah at West Coast Power. After a month of phone calls back and forth she told me to send the battery back for analysis. It took several weeks for West Coast Power to indicate the battery was defective. They told me they would ship a new battery but were out of stock. Took over two months for them the get a repacement after multiple phone calls with no response, no return calls, no emails. Hannah left the company and another agent Candace took over the order. I was told the battery was stuck in customs and they would not have a replacement battery for us until after September 8th. We did not receive the battery until the second week of September.

The batter they sent was the wrong battery. They stalled getting back to us and asked for pictures, measurements, serial numbers, etc. After over a week of delays I got an email that said they could not do anthing until they got a resonse from their supplier. I got totally fed up and asked for a refund. They have not returned a call, or email since. I think this company is dishonest and does not ship the produce they advertise. I also think they do not provide the service or the warranty they also promise. They also use multiple addresses with different company names that makes me uncomfortable. Finally, they NEVER return phone calls. I can send you a file with multiple emails requesting a phone call back, never once returned. Finally, I asked for a manager or supervisor to get on the phone. They would not. This has been a terrible inconvience and hardship for my daugher who is in college and cannot use her laptop for classes. She can only use it in her room which defeated the purpose of the laptop. The company has no respect for their customers.
