This company practices deception and deciet as SOP (Standard Operating Procedue).  From the very start They provide you with confusing, incomplete and deceptive information.  From thier application process to fear fill training program that detail all the reasons you can be fired, pinned(written up), or red flaggedi(Payroll Docked).  They push sales exployting the boundries of a snake oil salesmen.  And peanalize the agent for getting caught including all the above mentioned methods.  When it comes to your paycheck watch out, check and balance every minute of time worked, bonus and incentives.  There is absoulty no guantee that you will ever see your bonuses or incentives.  ATT pays them for Training and bonus sales if they can find a way to separate you from the incentives, bonuses paid by ATT they do it!  Manditory overtime same day notices.  Disrepectful supervisors and management  This company respresent the very reason why employee, employer regulations, laws, and statues exsit!  Beware this place is job of last resort!
