I have been trying to get a W-2 form out of west corp,  first I left 13 messages and finally got ahold of someone named Danielle in Payroll, she told me that they wouldnt going to send me a w-2, I tried to get the tax id number and she wouldnt give it to me. I told her that I was going to contact the IRS she said go ahead.

If you go to https://w2.west.com/ you will be able to log in (with info from a pay stub) and regenerate your w2.

I am honestly surprised that you had such a bad experience. I have worked there for over 5 years and never had anyone in any department be disrespectful. They have at times been slow to respond but always polite and helpful.
