Rick B. Davis (Richard B. Davis) is a mentally unstable individual on Federal Disability for an array of mental problems. Rick poses as a millionaire/doctor/psychiatrist of which is none of the above is true and of course he has little to no formal education past his high school years.
Rick has a pack of Beagles that he runs out of Chalfont, PA. West Dublin Beagles. He has a very limited income being on disability, so he has taken to defrauding women out of their money in order to keep up the appearance of being a millionaire/doctor/psychiatrist.
Rick is married and living with his wife while he targets innocent unsuspecting women on facebook and online dating sites. He has a criminal past littered with convictions of harassment, theft by deception, fraud, theft, and animal confinement (abuse). Jail is a familiar place for Mr. Davis.
Rick has moved from horse barn to horse barn leaving a trail of unpaid board and stolen tack items as well he has even given his horse to the slaughter buyer when he was unable to pay his back board bill.
Mr. Davis is a pathological liar and claims to also be an AKC Judge, competed in the Pan Am Games, the list goes on and on and on. Before letting this man into your life, your stable or barn, or any of your business- do a full criminal background report and get the information yourself. He is a thief, crook, liar and will not stop until the community rises up and stops him.

Mr. Davis will do anything to cover up who he really is. He is now operating as Buckshire Hounds, I would be sad to learn the fate of his poor Beagles. This man is a criminal, and has admittedly stated that he is not a doctor. The certificate that he posts online is a fake, anyone can purchase one of those for a donation - he has no formal schooling, no phd and is not a psychiatrist either!! Do not take medical advice from this man. He is married (living in the basement of his wife's home like a hermit), he has no money and will steal from you as soon as you give him the chance. Beware of this man.

Hello Rick Davis here, ive been the victim of internet bulling in it highest form from some disgruntled people and it's time that I fight back. First of all, anyone who attacks me and my children is very pothetic, and should feel ashamed. I've been in " Good Standing" in the hunting community for over 40 years, and am very proud of my past, present, and future. Apparently and sadly, there are a few people who have plenty of time on there hands, and have gone the route of" Internet Bulling". The people who "know me" have seen me through out the years as a man who is proud of his family, and has a deep passion for animals. I'm not going to dignify any of theses unfounded claims, claims with long drawn out answers. Beware the doctors certificate that he posts on Facebook is a fake that he sent away for in the mail. Where are his degree's and what college did he graduate from if he claims he is Dr. Richard B.
