Delivery was EXTREMELY late. The delivery company that works for West Elm never bothered to call me to tell me they were gonna be late, so I waited around for over 4 hours! No Apology. Refused to assemble the furniture and left!!! Worst customer service ever! I should have stuck with Raymour & Flanigan. Will NEVER buy from West Elm/Pottery Bard ever again!!!!
