We were approached by this latin individual who spoke with my wife about how wonderful timeshares are and thatshe is also a timeshare owner. Needless
to say, we were fooled and trick into how great it is and how happy our kids would be experiencing a wonderful place like the Westgate Resorts & Spa.
After all was said and done.
We went on our first timeshare vacation only to know Westgate Resorts wanted to speak with us urgently.
How urgent! Urgent for us to refinance the loan to a yearly vacation pakage, give a additional one thousand dollars down and to advise us that our monthly paymnets will increase.
Scary only to feel how hard they tried to manipulate us. We both said no and that day we went to a company that sells Timeshares. Only to put down almost six hundred dollars and has not sold yet since August of 2007. Paying for something that you cannot use for 2008 but, ready to use in2009. With one exception, you need to pay your maintenace fees and taxes in order to use your timeshare condo. Wow!!!! Time shares are for every one and be careful about how much greatnesss comes and any sales person it's there job to be liars.
