This buyer fabricates lies for his cause. First of all, the transaction was not completed through Ebay. If it was, it would nto change the outcome. I have 329 Ebay transactions and only one negative (which by the way was an unwarranted claim that I won in a Paypal claim). Second, he said I said for him to file a claim because PayPal always sides with me. That is untrue. I suggested he file a claim with PayPal because I believed they would side with me based on the facts. Third, I never once threatened anything. My emails were polite and professional. On the other hand, his emails were quite unprofessional and he does not even use capital letters, punctuation, or correct spelling in his e-mails. Fourth, I never laughed at him. I have never even talked to him other than e-mails and the tone of the e-mail was not condascending nor did I have any IM lingo in any of the e-mails for laughing. PayPal sided with me in this case and that is all the evidence anyone needs. The mark on the phone he talks about "made with a knife" was not on the phone when it left my possession. I am not accusing him of making it but all I can say was it was not there when I sent him the phone. The phone was as we agreed. A functioning, used phone with the manufacturer warranty still in place. It was not advertised as new. I do not appreciate the claims this individual makes as they are untrue and unprofessional.
