WEST KENDALL TOYOTA SERVICE DID NOT PERFORM THE WORK THEY CHARGED ME FOR. Miami, Florida

PLEASE GOOGLE  WEST KENDALL TOYOTA AND SEE MY REVIEW, ON THEIR WEB PAGE. In short they diagnosed the truck with a knock sensor being bad. They suggested since it is located in the engine block,to go ahead and change both knock sensors and the wire harness.anyway $2817.15 and a week later.I got the truck back and the engine was untouched.I gave them my truck with a very dusty engine,and when I got it back,no finger prints anywhere,the bolts were all dusty,and dirty,the clamps on the hoses were not moved ,the engine looked the same,the battery terminal still had the green corrotion on it and was not even removed.How do I know? the radio stations I had programmed on my radio were all still in the same locations. They were suppose to have changed the coolant.I smelled it ,it was not new ,even smelled burned. It was the same old factory coolant (red).I will never go back there and I don't recommend this place to no body.I hope my $2817.15 (ouch!) mistake will help you in looking for a honest factory repair facility.

I brought it to Josmar Orozco's attention, (assistant service manager, and  the culpert). e could even keep a straight face.His remark we should have washed the engine. YEAH  TO COVER UP THE WAY HE RIPPED ME OFF.
