I bought a 2008 Ford Focus from Cutter Ford in Honolulu in 2009. I paid all of my installments on time until in August 2013 when to my surprise they came to reposses my car. I was devestated because I never recieved a email, certified letter or phone call to say they were going to reposses my car. This is when the nightmare began.  When I tried to contact them to talk to someone I would give my information to one person, then my call would be sent to one representative to another.

All of the people who I talked to would ask the same questions then tell me to hold so that they could conect me to the proper person. There were times that I was on the phone for over an hour trying to talk to the right person. I tried to have them take the money out of my checking accout using my debit card, but they made me get a Money Gram. I felt that they were having a good time playing games with me. I heard a few of them laughing in the background when I started to get angry.

I'm a 0 percent Disabled Veteran due to PTSD and I ended up having to be put in the hospital due to how these people treated me. I tried to explain to them on numerous occasians that if I had known that I owed money, I would have paid it.

I thought that I had paid the loan off in April of 2014, when I was told that I owed an additional $ 1200.00 for repossesion.

I told them that I paid the money to get my car back and all of that was water under the bridge. I felt that I actually over paid them. One week ago I decided for my own health to pay them what they wanted. Once agaiun I had to get a moneygram instead of my debit card. I was notified that they did recieve their money, but I had to sign a letter. I tried to give the representative named Brenda my ermail over the phone my email over the phone. Yet suddenly dispite talking to her for ten minutes she couldn't understand me when I tried to give her my email. I called using a differet phone and spent another ten minutes repeating it. She told me I would recieve the letter that same day. That was four days ago and I'm still waiting.

Because of this companey my credit is destroyed. My PTSD. is out of control. I told these people that if I knew that I had missed payments that I would have payed them. They told me that they didn't have my email address yet Cutter Ford had it. They should have made sure that Westllake had it. I would not suggest dealing witgh Cutter Ford Honolulu at all. I went to Cutter Ford to talk to their Finacial Officer, but they weren't interested. Please Stay away from Westlake Finacial. Their Costumer Service is the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. They put this Veteran through share hell.
