West louis Order sent partially, items wrong sizes, no response from customer service Internet

you are receiving the clothes directly from China. The website doesn’t include a phone number or address. I received email that my order was received but I only receive 3 out of 5 items. 2 of them I asked for small and received XL. This is not a coincidence. This is method used by scammers. They send whatever size they have available if they have anything. They give email option to contact customer service. You can send the email directly from their website or from your email account. They say a customer service representative will get back to you in less than 24 hours. I am waiting almost 2 weeks and there is no response. This is not a clothing company. This is a gang who found easy way to make money on innocent people.
