West Maui Condo Rentals, Greg Salmon GREG SALMON AT WEST MAUI CONDO RENTALS RIPPED ME OFF FOR $290 San Leandro California
We booked a two week vacation in April 2007 at the Polynesian Shores in Maui. We sent $3600 to Greg Salmon at West Maui Condo Rentals in San Leandro, California.
We arrived at 11pm after a long trip with our 18 month old daughter and 11 year old son. Much to our dismay, there was no available accommodation for our first night. After 90 minutes of searching, we finally found a room for $240. The taxi was $150.
The next day Greg apologized and said he would send a cheque to reimburse us for the extra costs. He has not replied to over 20 phone calls and numerous emails.
Dominic and Tom answer the phone and say that they pass on the messages but have no control over Greg.

Michael did in fact stay at one of our units. There was confusion about his arrival date. He did stay his first night in other accomidations. I have several other units that i could have put him in immediatley if there was a problem. As far as $150.00 for a taxi, I am not sure what I can do about that. Rest asured we will do our best for every customer. Some people you just cannot please.
