Complaint Review: West Maui Condo Rentals Greg Salmon

I booked a 10 day stay at Greg Salmon's Polynesian Shores Condo Unit #126. I sent him a deposit check for $1,377.56, being assured I would receive a FULL REFUND if I canceled within 60 days of arrival. On August 3, 2008 I e-mailed Greg Salmon (since I could not reach him via telephone) that I would not be able to make the trip in March, 2009 as planned, formally canceled my reservation, and requested a refund as promised. He replied that he was out of the country and would be back at the end of August and would make the refund at that time. As of December 10, 2008, I have received NO refund and had no response from Greg Salmon. He has ignored all my requests, including one via registered mail, for the refund.
