West O Plex Roofing Questionable Business Practices - Poor Workmanship - Roof Leaks as a Result Aledo Texas
Had West O Plex do a roofing job in Summer 2008. In May 2009, roof leaked. Contacted them immediately, came out, did nothing, scheduled nothing. Requested covering over affected area, again, did nothing. More rain, more water intrusion. Ceiling damage escalated due to West O Plex doing nothing. Now ceiling is damaged. Roof leak caused by incorrect re-installing two sky lights to the roof, which they did not opt to replace as they were in excellent condition.
Per complaint to BBB, they have lied about just about every aspect, stating things they say are in their contract which as not, etc.
3 months later, still fighting to get corrective action done, and damage caused by West O Plex's leaks repaired, which they say they are not responsible for. The photos take in chronological order speak for themselves.
If you don't want your house contents and interior damaged, a poor roofing job done quickly just to make a buck, don't use West O Plex. They don't return phone calls, deny you even call their office, etc.
They lack integrity, honesty and character. I am so very sorry I ever chose them. Probably the reason their sales person left and went into business elsewhere.
We have no indication when or ever, this whole situation will be resolved and our house put back to the way it was prior to May 2009. West O Plex sure doesn't give us peace of mind.
Our attorney told us to sue them but we are giving them more time to see what they eventually do. At present, we have a leak that isn't resolved and a ceiling that is terrible thanks all to West O Plex.

Well, per the BBB, this unethical contractor is now forced to shut their doors, per the BBB. Don't know the reasons but I suspect inappropriate business practices. Months later, still have a damaged ceiling resultant from negligent workmanship by this contractor. No response to phone calls, voice mails, e-mails, etc.
All told, nearly $3000 in additional roofing work required due to their poor workmanship and failure to honor the contract which clearly identifies thier responsibilities.
All in all, DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS CONTRACTOR UNDER ANY NAME THEY MAY USE. Only advise I can offer.

Do not do ANY business with this outfit.
They breeched out contract. 2 year warranty on leaks, on full roof replacement.
We have had 2 leaks in our roof for 4 months now and cannot get this outfit to respond, call us, etc. They just let it leak, and leak and leak and then state it isn't their fault.
Now, their phone is disconnected 817-448-8265 (including the fax of course).
We are now filing a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's office. We have been more then paitent and tolerant of their belligerant attitude, lack of contract honoring, etc. I suspect a lawsuit will be forth coming for a whole lot more then the roofing cost.
HAve missed 2 days of work, mopping up water, cleaning water off walls, etc. Have to get up at night every time it rains to check on the leaks, put down buckets, get out the shop vac.
They owe us resolution and protection to the area in question and they do nothing.
