West Star Telecom, OAN Services, Verizon charges for fradulent collect calls. Nationwide
My June 25, 2005 invoice from Verizon had a collect call from Mexico. First contact number is invalid. Verizon provided a working number and I have left two messages with no response. No credit on my Verizon bill for July and now an added charge for the Federal Universal Service Fund paid to OAN Services Inc.
