I cancelled my service with the company and the the company continued to bill me for several months despite my calling to complain them each time they did this.  I asked that they refund my credit card but instead they "credited" my inactive account, keeping my money in their company. I had to call and also and engage in a chat session to get them to refund to my credit card account, which took weeks. Finally, they credited that amount to my credit card, only to bill my credit card yet again for another month.  They continue to bill me for services that they are not providing; this is illegal and one wonders if they are doing this to all cancelled accounts as a matter of policy hoping that most customers will just pay the bill withtout looking at it.

Sounds like an opportunity for a class action alwsuit to examine all closed accounts and billing practices for the past 5 years. 

Because of their continued fraudulent charges, I was forced to cancel my business credit card account number with my bank, which took nearly one hour of my time, and I also had to change my business credit card account number with all my other vendors. This company seems to be in the practice of billing customers for services that they are not providing.

There are many companies that provide the same services; I'd recommend using another, more ethical and responsible company.
