Complaint Review: West

Worked for this company for 2 1/2 years and I really enjoyed until I went to Cricket another line group at west I was doing good and working my way up I became a Subject Matter Expert for cricket and when three openings became available for production team lead I applied and so did one of the supervisors daughter-in-laws mother and a new person with 2 bachelors degrees and another girl. I was trained in billing activations, saves lead representative, and online orders, and the other two ladies the one with bachelors degree never had saves training had only been with company approx. 2 months and the daughter-in-laws mother had been there for quit sometime but not for cricket and only worked for cricket billing and activations maybe 4 weeks if that. Found out I had more experience than both of them. You know I found out the hard way if your not related or sleeping with higher up or drink on the job or get highyou don't have a chance with this company I found out the hard way. I worked all week and the weekend my normal schedule and on Monday I was told they were going to let me go because they heard I broke confidentiality and guess what I never signed a paper of confidentiality like they were supposed to have me do. Working on the weekends was really fun all the sme's coming in drunk or high and the ptl coming in drunk and bringing coke bottle in full of liquor and just a tad of coke. You know they have you work with people that could jeopardize your job and maybe even get you hurt on the job if people can't consentrate on what they are supposed to be doing. Also if they send you on a food run you do that on company time so now if you get hurt guess who is responsible the company but guess who will get in trouble for not following the rules and doing what your ptl has told you to do. This company is so predictable in biased part, one of the supervisor at west in tulsa has 3 kids working there and daughter-in-law and they work when they want to and get more privilages than other agents on the floor and they can wear anything they want or say or threaten anyone they want and not get into any trouble imagine that. I guess if I belittled myself and slept with supervisors son guess I would of made ptl also but I Respect myself too much to degrade myself. The company is Very Unfair and Unprofessional with agents on the floor. The way the agents are traumatized by the family employees is very unfair to the agents something has to be done about the company mistreating the agents and the customers and lying and putting other agents at risk when ptl's or sme's come to work high or drunk even when one of the ptl's passes his coke bottle around to the agents and the sme's on the floor can you imagine what would happen if someone left and started driving and hit someone and got hurt or hurt themselves?
