 when I moved in, there was weeds in the backyard 1 feet high, two piles approximately 3 1/2 feet in diameter and 1 foot high raked up and left.  I complained about this to the maintenance man (Bill Davis) his reply was that he would take care of it, never happened had to do it myself.  When I moved out there was a new air filter sitting next to the hot water tank in the garage, as I only lived there for six months the one that was installed was in good condition still as we have not used the heating or air conditioning.  Walkthrough inspection on move out, there was no problem with any towel bars nor were they mentioned.   The doorstop on one bathroom door was mentioned by Kris Nelson I explained to her that it never was there, she nodded her head in agreement.  The shower rod was non existent upon move in' it is in the guest bathroom that was never used, shower rod is not affixed to the house in any way.  Light bulbs were on during the final walkthrough with no problems and none were mentioned by kris Nelson.  The move outclean by drama cleans was not warranted, as the place was spotless.  I cleaned the baseboards kitchen cabinets, gas stove and refrigerator I made sure everything was spotlessly clean, west USA reality of Prescott tells me that the owner ( Paul Babich ) prefers it that way.  The hose bib timer that was added to existing irrigation system, was non existent upon move in, and was not even mentioned on the final walkthrough by Kris Nelson.  



  USA west realty says in their letter if I have any questions to please give them a call, so I called them August 9, 2011 asking them about the deposit used. Kris Nelson  informed me at the deductions to my security deposits were wealth held as for the landlord (Babich Paul F & Joyce Paulette) request,    I complained to Kris Nelson a bout the lttice work her remark was(you shouldn't have been billed for that) I went on to mention the other deductions  when Kris Nelson stopped me telling me that things that were withheld was because of the landlord request and that I would need to get a hold of him to sort those things out.  I then asked for the landlords phone number and address which Chris Nelson declined to give me becoming very irate and slamming up the phone on me I asked her to please have him  (the landlord) give me a call then, she then said (I will have him give you a call) still to this day I have not heard from him. Mr. Babich Paul F. and Joyce Paulette owners of the duplex at 4600 north minor road Prescott Valley Arizona mill know that they have ripped me the prior renter off and have misused my security deposit to remodel and purchased non existing items to better their rental at my expense, I am sure that they have done this in the past also to previous renters , none wont to stay passt their year contract, with USA west realty and Babich Paul F.  And Joyce Paulette
